[CIG-SHORT] Reverse-Slip (no gravity) benchmark

These are the new bc files for bm5[s,m,l]
They are names bm5?.bc_new
I will run pylith using these new bc's next week - if the consensus is to
keep the older version bc's - I will run those as well...
