[CIG-MC] Viscous dissipation in CitcomS

The viscous dissipation is calculated in process_visc_heating() in 
lib/Advection_diffusion.c. The equation for viscous dissipation is:

dissipation = viscosity * (2nd invariant of strain rate)^2
